The festive season is fast approaching, and to ensure your jewellery arrives in time for Christmas, we encourage you to place your order as soon as possible! Most of our jewellery is handmade to order, and with limited supplies on hand. Placing your order as early as possible is the best way to avoid disappointment.

New Zealand:
Standard (free on orders over $160 NZD): Wednesday 4th December
Courier (free on orders over $330 NZD): Monday 16th December

Australia:
Express Shipping (free on orders over $150 AUD):
Thursday 19th December
Standard Shipping:
Monday 16th December

Everywhere else
Standard: Tuesday 26th November
Courier: Monday 16th December

While we do our absolute best to ensure your package arrives in time, delivery times can be affected by couriers and high demand, so please keep this in mind. We recommend ordering early to give your gifts the best chance of arriving before Christmas Day.

All parcels are tracked. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has dispatched. You can also track your order in your order tracking portal.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We individually present each jewellery item in it's own Luna Tide branded jewellery box along with a fact card about the crystal and jewellery care instructions. The jewellery box is then sealed in a biodegradable bag to protect it from the elements. Your order arrives protected in a recyclable paper padded mailer.
