Metal info

14k Gold Fill
Durable, hypoallergenic, and non-tarnish. Ideal for sensitive skin and safe to wear in the shower.

Sterling Silver
.925 silver with .075 copper. Hypoallergenic, may oxidise in water but easily cleaned with a polishing cloth.

14k Rose Gold Fill
Durable, tarnish-resistant, with a bonded layer of gold with a hint of copper. May oxidise in water but can be cleaned with a polishing cloth.

Stainless Steel
Most durable, maintenance-free, hypoallergenic, and non-tarnish. Perfect for humid climates and continuous wear, including in the shower.

Packaging

Your jewellery is individually presented in a white branded gift box along with a fact card about the crystal. To protect your jewellery, we seal the jewellery box in a biodegradable bag and send it in a discreet, non-branded padded envelope.

If you require gift wrap, please ensure you have ticked yes under the "Gift wrap" option for it to be included in your purchase.

Can I get this pendant wet?

If you select this pendant in sterling silver keep in mind all silver jewellery oxidises when exposed to water but it is easily removed with a polishing cloth.

Is there a warranty?

We have a warranty on our full priced items but our imperfect pendants are not covered under this. All Imperfect Pendant sales are final.

How is this pendant made?

Your jewellery is made to order especially for you from our studio. We use eco-friendly traditional wire-wrapping methods to securely attach our crystals to the metal. Your jewellery is made with longevity in mind so you can enjoy your jewels for years to come.
