Stainless steel is our most durable and maintenance free option. It is a dark silver colour and is made from solid, medical grade stainless steel. It will not tarnish and is hypoallergenic. Your jewellery is individually presented in a white branded gift box along with a fact card about the crystal. To protect your jewellery we seal the jewellery box in a biodegradable bag and send it in a padded envelope.

Returns

We want you to love your new jewellery, but if you change your mind we gladly accept returns on any item subject to the following conditions:

• Jewellery must be returned with 30 days of purchase
• Jewellery must be in original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed in original packaging)
• Earrings are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons
• All sale items and giftcards are final and are exempt from being returned.

Each piece of our jewellery is handmade with care to ensure it endures for as long as possible. We gladly replace items if they are found defective or damaged upon arrival. Due to the delicate nature of jewellery, we are unable to cover accidental loss, damage, or changes in appearance due to normal wear or handling.

If your piece unexpectedly breaks, we offer complimentary repairs for up to 1 year from the date of purchase, with a small fee for repairs needed beyond that period. This warranty applies exclusively to full-priced items purchased directly from our website and does not extend to items bought from marketplaces or stockists.
